Open Thread

Apparently the very awesome thread about this matter was taken down at Online Sweepstakes so feel free to post here.

Opening permissions so you dont have to have a blogger account to comment but I'm sure that means all of the lemmings and sycophants will be visiting too.

209 comments:

  1. Not too many people know about this blog....but keep the comments organized, so people dont get too confused.

Also, they will ignore it, they dont want it to build a ranking on google.

  3. What Trisha did was wrong! Justifying it by saying she was trying to bring awareness to childhood obesity is a joke. I believe her and her commenter-s never thought it would go this far.

Please everyone continue to email her sponsors.

    ReplyDelete
  4. I think you posted who her sponsors are on a previous posts. If possible when someone emails a sponsors, news network, or w/e please post here so we will know which sponsors have not been contacted yet..
    Personally I called Sam's Club.
Emailed iRobot, Mom Central, The LA Times, & Oreilly Show.

  5. I don't know about that. I got almost 500 visits so far today and I didn't install the counter until 11am.

Not thousands but definitely enough in the blogging community to know people are visiting.

    ReplyDelete
  6. I would like to see a list of the known bloggers who are standing behind MomDot.

    ReplyDelete
  7. I would like a list too. I so hope she doesn't get away with this!

    ReplyDelete
  8. mommygoggles, missblondie, and morrisbunch are a few I recall who continued to support momdot even after her disgusting post. Then there are a few who are playing both sides too.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I don't have a dog in this fight, but I do not understand how anyone can take you seriously, Del. You are a senior in college yet your spelling and grammar are both worse than a five year old. Then, you try to say this isn't personal. Anyone can see that is completely false. You lose all credibility when you make this all about you, you, you.

While I do not support Trisha's post at all, I am sure you will assume otherwise and take this as an attack from a "momdotter" and that is okay.

    ReplyDelete
  10. I am just sick about her post on the minor girls. The other stuff that is going on in the blog world sounds so stupid. Like a bunch of teenage girls! So silly

    ReplyDelete
  11. Also if you do contact her sponsors please don't do it anonymously. You will not be taken seriously.

    You guys are fucking brilliant.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Oh look, you're true colors are showing. Go on with yourself, support ignorance. boo fucking hoo.

    ReplyDelete
  16. My interwebz feelings are hurt.

    *tear*

    ReplyDelete
  17. Oh, my true colors! You must be RACIST.

    OMG, YOU ARE RACIST!!!11!

    See how those assumptions work?

  18. This is too much! I need some pop corn!

    ReplyDelete
  19. lmfao go away, let us know how trish's shit smells. was there corn today? slow down typing and use your shift key, you look foolish.

you have hurt feelings because trish is going down like the shit hole she is. read and weep.

    ReplyDelete
  20. *shares pop corn*

    Need extra butter or salt?

This is going to be fun.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I love butter and salt! LOL and I haven't laughed so hard in a long time, lol

    ReplyDelete
  22. Okay Tanya we all know how you write, go away. Everyone continue to email sponsors about MomDot and Mommy Goggles. Both of them were also selling blog contacts. Talk about blog ethics.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I would love to see a list myself. I have been compiling my own based on my own opinions of what people said in support of Trisha's blog post. The comments were posted clear as day on the Airpost Post of those that joined along on the cyber-bullying the teen. Very easy to see who was supporting her.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Kristin,

You are being laughed at right now because you think I am Tanya. I know you are not one for correct spelling and grammar (you did marry/fuck/whatever Del) but most people do use it. So, I am not sure how you can tell one person from the other when using correct grammar and spelling.

What is even funnier is that I am just here to piss you off. It is working too.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I really think some growing up needs to be done. I just read the new blog post at mommy goggles she must need some free traffic and attention too. We all see through the total bullshit. I can't believe large companies support this garbage.

    ReplyDelete
  26. What happened to binding together?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Wow, harsh words for Del, huh? I think someone has a crush!! LMFAO

  31. See how funny these women are, crying about anonymous bloggers but coming over here and commenting anonymously. Come on and sue me ladies. Bring it on.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I really am glad everyone can see these girls for who they are. None of us top bloggers support her.

All MomDot is trash talk. Don't believe me? Go look back in almost any post, all the comments are the same. Generic "you rule Trisha" comments.
I've seen them all antagonize other bloggers then pull away claiming they did nothing. I wouldn't support any of them. Actually as a blogger I already DON'T!

She's called TT aka Trashy Trisha for a reason.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Oh yes, doesn't everyone think Del is sexy? Kristen is *so* lucky to have such a sexy beast!

I find it super sad that anyone would take the time to make fun of another person. 10:08 pm Jul 20th, 2009
Look at me! I need traffic so i am going to PUT people down and make fun of them!! WOO HOO! Who is first??? 10:05 pm Jul 20th, 2009
Wow! THe coolest thing I can do today is be an internet bully, pick on a blog, and make fun of charity! I am AWESOME! Tweet me! 9:54 pm Jul 20th, 2009

  39. Actually I think Kristen is really lucky to have her man defend her. So far I have not seen these others blogger significant others come to their defense. Actually, I would love to see Trisha's husband defend her Airport Post.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I can be 'sexy', but I dont really care to be called 'sexy.' I am a handsome guy and I know...so no one can hurt my feelings, sorry. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  41. Apparently if you disagree with what Trisha said you get banned not only from her blog but mommygoggles blog as well. How are they going to keep or get new sponsors when they are not reaching all of the blogging/on line community??? Are they not review bloggers??? Hummm I think it is the stupidest thing a blogger can do! Talk about not having ½ a brain!!!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Why don't you go stick your nose up TT a$$ where it belongs! No one here cares!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Most grown women do not need their sexy ass husbands to defend them.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Another momdotter is up there right now. We wait our turn. If we fight over it, she cuts us all off for the night. I'll stick my nose back up her ass when my turn comes back around.

    ReplyDelete
  45. R these the ones to avoid?

    ReplyDelete
  46. My husband would be the first one defending me if some trashy people posted fake pictures of me online. Feel sorry for you that your husband wouldn't come to your defense.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Sign the petition to get rid of her nasty ass, and send it to all your contacts!

    ReplyDelete
  48. When you have ½ a brain you must cover your tracks. Clearly mommy goggles and momdot fit perfectly into that category. Did anyone not see her nasty comment on that airport post? sorry mommygoggles you hung yourself with that one.

    ReplyDelete
  49. put that list into a post of its own and edit as people want to be removed

    ReplyDelete
  50. Sign the petition to get rid of her nasty ass, and send it to all your contacts!

    ReplyDelete
  51. I think I will goggle to find forums for children who are getting bullied and post the petition on all the sites!

    ReplyDelete
  52. oh, I think everyone is making themselves a list of supporters. That IS the complete list, but let's see how many try to weasel their way out!
Funny how so many bloggers are in hiding because of this (or denying), they know they will lose readers and lose credibility.
They 'support' and act like such 'ra-ra sisters' in the forum, yet would never admit it elsewhere, publicly.
Goes to show what ass-kissers they are, and how little they actually back the bitch.
I'm so glad I got out of there, it's one huge pity-party for the air-head who needs constant ego boosts in order to survive.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Yes, poor pitiful me. My husband wouldn't come to me defense because I do not need him to.. Boo hoo.

    My feelings are hurt again.

    Boo hoo.

    ReplyDelete
  54. SOme dumbass said "Kristin, blah blah blah

What is even funnier is that I am just here to piss you off. It is working too."

No your small mind just thinks so...Let me guess since you say you are getting to her, it must be, regardless of how she feels. Momdot logic at its finest.

Your the only persons laughing, and it is not even funny...but let me guess "LOL"...idiot.

    ReplyDelete
  55. There may be a few from that list that don't support anymore, but you can easily figure out who the liars are!

    ReplyDelete
  60. And I'm here to piss most off you off because I don't give a fuck. I'm an online nobody.

Again, suddenly the anonymous comments come out of the woodwork.

    ReplyDelete
  61. I have never had a conversation with Tanya.

Anyone ever tell you what assuming things does?

    ReplyDelete
  62. You talk like a jack ass, and are making a fool of yourself. Please just go away!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Yes! Idiot, jackass, fool.

    Anymore?

    ReplyDelete
  64. I don't know why you are examining grammar. When you posted "My husband wouldn't come to me defense"
It's supposed to be MY not me! What are you speaking like a leprechuan.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Please post a link to the petition and screen shot of TT's airport blog, so I can post on forums I find on child bulling. Thanks

    ReplyDelete
  66. Again with the list already. People, seriously - as someone who is on that list. I signed it because it was an open free-for-all links so PRs would know I was PR Friendly, not because I supported anyone. I didn't even know who Trisha was!

Many people on that list are on the same boat so please don't just lump everyone together like that! It's just unfair.

The list just needs to go. It's not an accurate representation of any of her "supporters". All it's doing is slandering innocent people.

tell us, and we'll see about that!

    ReplyDelete
  70. contact nancy grace, she does not like bullies especially grown adults on children...

    ReplyDelete
  71. Sorry you are the idiot that said "me husband" not me! You are the one that wants to make this a war on grammar and now contractions. Shows how petty you are.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Oh Tanya you coward, quit saying you are someone else. We know it's you. Trisha we know that you are here too. You are posting annonymous because you stand up for what you believe in, right? Or could it be because you are cowards that hide behind passwords and banning?

Oh and in case you are wondering (before you can think up some bitchy reason) I am posting anonymously because I don't want your traffic.

    ReplyDelete
  73. UGH! I forgot I was on her list! I wanted off a while ago but never got around to emailing her. She has blocked me so i just commented on her post via iPhone and asked her to "remove my name as she blocked my home IP from getting onto her blog!" One would think she would have cross referenced that.

    ReplyDelete
  74. @my2boys I will remove you from that list when I repost it tomorrow

    ReplyDelete
  75. I think someone emailed Nancy Grace, but the more the better.

    ReplyDelete
  76. @my2boyz
Our site was listed on there, and when I told her to remove it, I was accused of harassment. Good-Luck having it removed, I'm not sure if she removed ours or not.

Best to all, and please don't make yourself look like an asshat.

    ReplyDelete
  77. People are posting anonymously because they don't want to be attacked and slandered. It's unfair enough to be lumped into the drama when you don't know either parties.

Check the IP addresses - my first response (via the list being unfair assumption) is also the same as this one and no others.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Can an OLS member post this thread over there? Thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  79. I emailed some news people and stations, and others out there to bring attention to this all. I would be curious what personalities like Nancy Grace would say about all this.
Its hard to prove a point and fact on the internet, but when you do, it sticks.
    And they all know it.

  88. Making screen shots of this whole comment thread to send to all your local mental health departments.

And you all claim to be adults? In my town, we call you borderline personalities. And there is no cure or pill to fix that. Although shock therapy seems to help.

    Frontal lobotomies work well, too.

    ReplyDelete
  89. LMFAO this is better then the movies!

    ReplyDelete
  90. Funny because I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. It seems like Trisha is the one who appears who is borderline, this is something I have thought for quite some time now.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Since when is defending an unknowing teen considered mentally wrong?
I say that a 31 year old MOTHER who sat in an airport and took pictures of unsuspecting passerby and made fun of them on a public web page, is the one that needs the mental help.
Or how about the fact that she thinks cancer is funny? OR the fact that she sits on her computer all day looking up IP addresses on Google Earth, is the one who needs to be committed.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Well, good for you. When did decent adults come on line and start calling people names, uhh no one I know. All of us here have said they dont like the actions of certain poeople not they dont like them because their friend doesn't.

Some people do act real crazy. You think we need mental help, good thing you are not a doctor.

Some people need to stop with all the negative words, it just makes them look immature. You say mature, then you come here criticizing people, I think you are immature and you proved it.

    ReplyDelete
  93. This is beautiful! I love that you opened this up Nose Job.

    ReplyDelete
  94. I signed up so long ago with her site. I've since taken my blog off of her site after I've read everything that she has done.

Please don't assume bc our name is on a list that is pretty old (I changed my blog name/domain a month or so ago...) that we associate ourselves with her. It was a PR Friendly linky, and I can assume that there are women on there that don't want to be.

I do NOT want to be associated with her site anymore. Look at who comments on her blog...all.the.time. Pretty sure those are the ones who worship her and think everything that she says is true.

And to take down a post bc she "didn't want to offend her readers"??

What a load of shit. Seriously, anyone that believes that for a MOMENT is brainwashed by "TT"...haha! Love it. Trashy Trisha.

How would her supporters feel if those were THERE family members on there??? Wonder what would happen if a family member of one of those children/people saw what she said about them? Slander anyone? Hm. Lets hope that this gets out there and SOMEONE knows one of those people. Because the post? Not gone. I've seen it EVERYWHERE.

    ReplyDelete
  95. I have contacted Nancy Grace, Dr. Phil, Steve Wilkos and somewhere else (it's late and I'm tired, can't think very well)

She's trying to play victim to try to win back PR who were already dropping her ass! I'm not falling for it...maybe her "croonies" will fall for it...but that's just because they can't see the light because their heads are too far up Trisha's ass!

    ReplyDelete
  96. Man, momdot supporters are pretty mean, but yet they say they are a group of the nicest moms around? I dont think so.

They talk and moderate, and we talk in the open and get harassed. Yet they are getting bullied?

    ReplyDelete
  97. that list is hilarious. so someone can use momdot as a resource but that makes us all evil?

for the record, what I think it also hilarious is that trisha needed people with over 25K uniques a month to join her in the sam's club thing. I think maybe 1 other person on the sam's club deal has over 25K. all she did was pick her besties. who can really support that?

again, used as a resource, not as support for TH.

    ReplyDelete
  98. This is the same Trisha that thinks cancer is better than having to lose 5 pounds--she thought it was so cute/funny to compare the two. What a bitch. Has she never known anyone to suffer from cancer?

Trisha--tell this to my family who is losing a family member bc of cancer. Tell this to my best friend's little girl who no longer has a mom bc breast cancer won the fucking battle. Tell this to the parents who have lost their children. I'm sure they would have rather lose 5 fucking pounds and live.

Again, you stupid, stupid bitch. Try to explain your dumbass out of that one.

    Ah. Feel much better now.

    ReplyDelete
  99. I will be avoiding anyone who supports her, PERIOD!

    ReplyDelete
  100. @anonymous Yeah that original post IS everywhere now, a responsible blogger would post an apology and not lose potential sponsors. Instead she ratchets up the crazy. LOL.

    ReplyDelete
  101. I agree, those who comment and support momdot like in her recent cyber bully post or posts where she picks on people, need to be the ones on that momdot list. It would only be like 30 people.

She uses that big lists to get PR people to approach her and throw it aournd to sponshops that she has hunded of bloggers at her whim. She gets aind and get bloggers get to give things away...win for her, and they get to blog and sellout for free. She was trying to be the next Mom Start or Mom Central.

Look at her PR blog list site. It says that PR people contact Trisha and she passes out the review. You would kiss her ass to if you knew she was the one to pass out the reviews.

Focus on a list with all the

    ReplyDelete
  102. Ha--I know, right? Just apologize. Instead she keeps stirring up the pot.

    ReplyDelete
  103. @anonymous I expected her to ratchet up the crazy as well, just digging a deeper hole for herself...

    ReplyDelete
  104. I agree that she should apologize, but would it really mean anything to anyone now? I seriously doubt it.

    ReplyDelete
  105. ban those who commented on one post? one? Really?
sounds like someone trying to save their ass now that the fire is put on them.

Look at Tweets, all her 'high fives'...Twitter will tell ya!

    ReplyDelete
  106. I also agree that "the list" is unfair to those that use momdot as a resource. There are people who have been apart of that forum for months and haven't had a conversation with Trisha, much less supported her nastiness.

    ReplyDelete
  107. @kiss ass elsewhere I made 1 comment on the post in question and i was banned from her blog...the only comment i ever made...I guess she does not like people to disagree with her point of view...how narrow minded

    ReplyDelete
  108. OK no this is getting good, let the dirt out, LOL I would be mortified if I was TT, lol

    ReplyDelete
  109. oh...and i just saw that Trasha now hid who's in the 'momdot mafia' on twitter.
    Awe, that was brilliant Trasha...
but screen shots are a bitch, aren't they?

Aw, yes - there's more screen shots for proof floating around that you'll all possibly know!

    #momdotsucks

    ReplyDelete
  110. Yep--search momdot on twitter. You'll see the "troops" that are rallying to defend their own.

    So gross. And sad.

That these moms would defend someone who put MINORS on the internet to make fun of them. Not to mention the adults she made fun of.

    ReplyDelete
  111. omg, what is the picture? totally looks like her.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Wait till you see the enlarged picture. Membership for $5 was worth it.

    ReplyDelete
  113. Boy, y'all are vicious to bloggers you have never visited, don't know anything about, and haven't read their posts. From something that one blogger posted now makes any blogger that is part of a forum BAD. Wow, that is prejudice. Talk about evilness. And, from what I am hearing, the letters to PR are just making you look like crazies. They are not taking you seriously. Where are your kids while you are online all day boiling with hate. Hate is strong and I will pray for you. I think you will need it. I will add a prayer for you tonight before I go to bed.

    Nite.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Honestly, this would have been so easy for Trisha to fix. Just admit she screwed up and apologize.

But no, this has to be something she drags out and screams first amendment rights (and victim)

I have respect for those who have been rational about this mess and say "yes, this is wrong" and pull out of MomDot.

When I started the petition, I only knew about the Airport People post; I didn't know about everything else.

Trisha is a cyberbully. It's sad. I'd love for her to learn from this to stop the bullying and focus on using her influence for good. (she's done that before, so I know she's capable of it)

    ReplyDelete
  115. Awe, thanks for the prayers, *angel*
Unlike you, people are standing up to what's right and fair...and YES, WE ARE MAD!

We've seen too much shit, and it has to stop!

    ReplyDelete
  116. Mom blogger and porn star. Nice!

    ReplyDelete
  117. @ Used to Know Tisha...she spoke about this to strangers? Gezz...how very tacky and bizzare...

    ReplyDelete
  118. OMG! LOL.. I so hope she reads this, lmfao!

    ReplyDelete
  119. She spoke about that with many people on her previous forums.

FYI- anything she does, good or bad, is for the sole purpose of money and her version of "fame". Playboy rejected her, reality shows have rejected her, so she turned to blogs. Now she uses people and "causes" to get ahead and make herself known in her little pretend world. She's mentally unstable.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Come on guys, keep her family out of this. Husband/kid off limits.

    ReplyDelete
  121. Wow this is all irrelevant the point is Trisha made a nasty post about a teenager.

Lets all be productive get her sponsors to leave!

    ReplyDelete
  122. Point taken....stay focused...

    ReplyDelete
  123. Doesn't anyone remember when she posted the picture of the little girl in the thong? She was about 11 years old.

    Go see for yourself.

    ReplyDelete
  124. took a picture of her at the park then talked crap about her. why not outrage then?

    ReplyDelete
  125. @anonymous re: park picture. If I had seen it I would have started this blog then.

    ReplyDelete
  126. I don't think it got out to people who don't read her blog or I bet it would of been the same like now!

    ReplyDelete
  127. I had not heard about the park picture.

    ReplyDelete
  128. ...didn't see that picture,
but I sure am a lot angrier now.
    Anyone have a clip/screenshot/cache?

    ReplyDelete
  129. I want to make something very clear, any further mentions of a porn star wanna be past or her husband, any of her family, or any other personally identifying information will be deleted. Please keep it to the issue at hand, any failings in her personal life are not relevant to the topic at hand. I've had this information and chosen NOT to post it for precisely that reason.

    ReplyDelete
  130. Yes, we are trying to make a point here.
Let's not use personal attacks on her family - that's just not right, at any time....

  134. wow! Now I am even more outraged. Sponsors sit back and support this crap? I can't blieve her blog still exists. Let alone why people didn't speak up. This seems to be a common theme in MomDot, take pictures of unwilling peole then see what you can say about them. Classy!

Please if you pr people are reading the majority of us do not support her actions!!!

  135. Ya, even get up close to the kid to get that shot.

I didnt even know about this. I understand trying to bring awareness, but how many online mothers let their daughters ear thongs? Not many I would think, so what good is it to be mean to some people just for fun?

She even brags about usig the search thread for little girl in thong would get hits and traffic click (even if it is for 1 sec, it is still traffic for alexa) from some perverts, it worked for her.

    ReplyDelete
  136. look at the comments in the thong post, she keeps on trying to stir people up for her cause. Poor trisha is now getting cyber bullied by adults who do not approve of picking on others, especially little girls, come on bitch. You trying to give girls a complexe because your ashamed of your self, your TEETH?

It just dont stop with her does it.

This is where you need to look to see the full thong post.

Also I wonder if she makes up posts to act like people are really participating. She has a lot of posts that are not "real" people. I know not all have blogs, but I just dont trust her.

  140. Yes, that is know by all. Too bad for her, all the facts about how mean and rude of a "mom" blogger her and her fellow supporters REALLY are.

I had a blog post written about me, from one of her best buds, and here is my reply:

  141. This is just my opinion, but I think this has been taken way too far. The offending blog post has been removed, her sponsors were contacted, so I'm not sure why there's still a lynch mob after this blogger. I have no idea who she is, nor do I care, I'm not a blogger, I'm just a member of the ols forum and from what I've seen it seems like a lot of people are quick to jump on the bandwagon to crucify this woman for a blog she posted on her own website. Why do you care so much what this woman does on her own site? Wouldn't it be better to let things go now that the post has been removed and sponsors have been contacted? What else do you need to finally stop and say enough is enough?

  142. I think you could find out who the girl in the photo is by finding out what airport she was in when the photo was taken, when it was taken and then contact the airport. It is a crime to take a photo of an unsuspecting person and post it on the internet without their written consent, expecially a minor!
Shoot, I would just report her to the authorities.
I feel sorry for the girl in that photo. I did not think she was fat at all, she looked healthy. She looks like the typical beautiful, healthy, teenage girl. I hope her parents see the photo, sue the pants off of of Trisha and that sweet girl in the photo never finds out.

Karma is a bitch and it will come back to bite Trisha in the ass. I have been waiting for this day since Mom Dot first opened.

  143. To those who wonder why some are still angry and after this blogger, it's because she's been an online bully long before she started blogging. She has quite a crowd of people who were mistreated by her, long before Kristin and Del even. A lot of people just want to see her knocked off her pedestal. Being the narcissist that she is, she will never learn a lesson from anything but there are still plemty of non-bloggers who would love to see her just STFU and get a real life, after what she's done to us (which I won't go into, since it would take all night to explain and may get personal).

    ReplyDelete
  144. Amanda, don't see how this could very well affect the rest of the "Mom Bloggers"? Her actions are sick. She's a very spoiled little girl who never grew the hell up. This is not her first menacing post, and I'll bet money I don't have that it is not her last. It won't be long and she will be back to being to others. I KNOW for a fact she is responsible for screwing someone else's site up, and that person is indeed a very wonderful person and blogger. She depends on her site for numerous reasons. What she has done is NOT justifiable, I don't care how you look at it. Trash is, indeed trash.

    ReplyDelete
  145. I was one of the bloggers she bullied. It was hell for well over a year. I never did anything to her. She just made up her mind that she did not like me and that was that. She set out to make my life a living hell. I received emails about how ugly she thought my children were and that my husband was a worthless piece of crap. I had hate comments on my blog. I lost friends and followers because they either did not want to be involved or they were scared of what she might do to them. Her followers may seem blind but they are loyal for a reason.... keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
I ended up having to completely shut my blog down. I was devestated. I moved on but the pain still remains. I am not in High School, I am a grown woman with a life and a family and I came to this "mommy blogging" world to escape. I never expected to run into a woman who is so insecure with herself that she needs to belittle people to feel better. I dont even think calling her a woman is the exact word to use. She is a child.
So Amanda, you wonder WHY there is a lynch mob after this blogger. I am only one of many, many people she has intentionally hurt. I was lucky that my exact location via Google Earth was not published on her blog but I was sure badmouthed and harrassed for a very long time. How would you feel if you were personally attacked? How would you feel if your friends were personally attacked in this mannor? How would you feel if she ripped you to shreads online and drug your name through the mud? How would you feel if she ripped your family to shreads as well? You would feel like most people who are commenting on this site. You would want her stopped.

  146. Yep, so now I am a cyber stalker for standing up for myself. And other people are doing posts as well bloggers jumping in the middle saying its all "drama". Um okay drama for you maybe but you stick your nose in the middle of everything. Talking trash on their own blogs with "drama" posts. GET A LIFE!!!

Honestly I am done with all of this I've just had to defend myself form the countless attacks from her. Tanya joined momdot because it was another person who didn't like me. Togetehr they set out to make my life hell constantly picking at anything they could about me. I just publicly defended myself against it all.

Even a friend of mine was told "you should talk to Kristin, Trisha will be mad at you" she then said "Trisha doesn't run my life" yeah this shit happens. And then she plays victim like I'm the other BOTHERING her. No I'm merely defending myself from being bullied from behind the closed doors of her forum.

GAWD why can't anyone else see this besides the few people she has hurt?

Don't claim to be a mommy blogger, if she would like to be like WalMart People or whatever she is now claiming then do that. keep your blog "Trisha's Blog" don't be "a place for blogging moms to go".
Clearly she isn't blogging for the common good of all moms."

She is a disgrace and a terrible representation of mom bloggers, as a whole.
She is causing a bad name for us all.

A Perfect example being the so-called blackout that she staged, yet talked with various pr and Sam's club during that entire week.
Why did no one call her out on doing the opposite of which she urged so many to do? Cowards!

I agree, stick to trash talk, stick to porn videos - whatever.
But, there shouldn't be 'Mom' anywhere near her site!

"What do we want to see happen and accomplish in this crusade? Because right now...she is a martyr...and she is capitalizing on it. She is not stupid...but she isn't all that smart about things either so what do we want to see accomplished?"

I think you guys are giving her way too much credit. Of course she's trying to capitalize on it and trying to make herself a martyr but the truth of the matter is, on her martyr blog where here whole community should be rallying around her (hundreds of bloggers plus thousands of self proclaimed visitors right?) she has a whopping 62 approved posts. With more than half of them not having a clue as to why she's attempting to martyr herself. Whoopie, putting that in context there are clown cars that can fit more people inside. I am sure she will always have her supporters but I certainly don't see the entire community coming to her defense.

Don't know why I show up as "Anonymous" but I do, I tried to view her site and no luck, if she is so proud of her site and she believes so strongly in her words, why would she need to block her site. 156. Someone emailed me this blog post and I am listed as a Mom Dot Supporter in that list above. I have no idea what this blog is even about or what Trisha "did" and I think that you shouldn't destroy a bloggers name when you really have no idea if they support whatever is going on here or not. I know who she is but I wouldn't say that I am friends with her one way or another. I am a member of her forum for business reasons. I have never said more than a dozen words to her. I am not posting my name because I don't want this drama following me. I just do not think it is fair for me and other bloggers to be listed there and be bashed for a topic I know nothing about.

    Thanks

    ReplyDelete
  157. to the anonymous above me, Obviously you have heard what is going on. Remove yourself from her blog and go elsewhere for your "business" reasons. There are plenty of places to go that will accept you for who you are and not just want you for traffic. Why be associated with her?

    ReplyDelete
  158. whoopsie....if you dont' know what Trisha did, of a blog you are a member of and following, I suggest you do some research. I surely would not want to be associated with such.

    ReplyDelete
  159. I don't follow her blog. I am a member of her forum and that's it.

    ReplyDelete
  160. Looking over the list I also see my husbands blog on there and a blog I had that doesn't even exist anymore. I would love to know where that list came from. My husband has no connection to Trisha at all. I think your trashing the reps of good people by having that list up.

    Thanks

    ReplyDelete
  161. Wonderful, stop being a member of her forum and go elsewhere, believe me, there are plenty of "GREAT" places to go and not have to be a member of momdot. If you read about her behaviour and what she does, a normal person would not want to be associated with her. When I first started blogging I came across her "forum" and thought she was a fake bitch who used the "f" word a bit much on a mommy "forum", glad I stayed away now. And believe you me, I cuss A LOT, but there is a time and place, and a mommy blog surely is not it.

    ReplyDelete
  162. I was just roaming around this blog. Is this whole thing about the people in the airport post? The kids in the thongs? geez..

    ReplyDelete
  163. so you are saying that it is okay to be a mommy blogger, and "own" your own blogger mommy forum, take random pics of people unexpectedly and post nasty comments about them on your blog? when some of those pics are those of young children and you are an adult??? Are you even a mom???? Cause I would be pissed as all hell if I found a pic of my daughter on the internet and it was an adult who posted the trashy comments! Adults are what "make" our children these days and it is people like Trisha from momdot.com that is raising one of those that will be dysfunctional and not be able to rationalize in the real world! Parents need to step up and make a difference, not encourage bullying nor do it themselves! geez..

    ReplyDelete
  164. So sorry THNNJ, thank you for the email so my comment was the crusade one...and seriously what do we want to see her do? Her community? What do we want? For any rally, crusade, petition to be effective we must state our goals.

Have her act in a public manner as to apologize? Show some humility?

She already pulled posts...only because she is CYA for her sponsors and her "bidness", so what do we want?

I hear the wrath of retaliation is catching up to those who speak out about Trisha. Please watch your blogs folks, watch what you say. Not many like her clearly based on the feedback. But is it we don't like her or we don't like her behavior, because we need to determine that her behavior is CLEARLY despicable, vile, and atrocious, at best she resembles a necromancer of rehash.

So state what you would like to see done, what you want. We all know she is what she is...

HA HA to the word travels fast about "Hey take me down...I am not associated with her" oh but honey...you are! If you read the blogs that are "MomDotMafia" riddled in hate. Believe me...I have experienced it first hand with a Twitter account made specifically to character assassinate myself and my friend Kristin.

    Smooches to you THNNJ!!

    Thanks"

That list came directly from her forum. It may be old and outdated, but it is what she had in her forum. And even if the blogs on there are dead, she can still boast bloggers she has under her name. That is why all her followers are considered her mom bloggers, and they dont even know that. So she must have associated you and your husband without you evening knowing. She most liklely is using her lists of bloggers to entice companies.

Working with Trisha is like buying your traffic. If companies are working with her and they know how she works, they are being unethical in their methods for product promotion, but who care many mom bloggers will do anything for free stuff at least some sure seem that way. Isnt that part of the reason the FTC is trying to get involved.

There are many bloggers out there that have never made a negative post on someone for no reason. Those same people dont support her behavior but then she tries to take all the opps out there for her community. Which I am sure she her clique over her forum/community.

So that is a another reason she needs to not have so much influence and control. If you don't agree with her or fried someone she HATES, she will try and shut you out and try and make sure those against her are not included reviews or whatever it is.

That is what it seems like at times and after all this has been put out there.

Not too ethical, but there are no rules so who cares.

    ReplyDelete
  168. Hmm, well, I don't have a dog in this fight. But, I can't resist pointing out---what is it they say, that there's no such thing as bad publicity?

I'd never even heard of this lady before tonight. Someone posted about this controversy on a msg board.

Her site is, meh. I won't be back over there. It is really poorly arranged. Gives me a headache.

    ReplyDelete
  169. @anon, 2 up. WRONG! That list originated on HER SITE with a linky to sign up if you were PR Friendly. Most on that post probably only visited once or twice. That list is the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. Stop reading over 200+ blogs cause they MIGHT support MomDot. Or use that list like a bible. I highly doubt it means anything.

    ReplyDelete
  170. It is sad that Trisha was on her way to a cruise on a SPONSORED TRIP when she took those pictures and made those comments. Good thing the companies are paying her to talk bad about people at different places they send her to. Boo.

Didnt she also make fun of a couple paying guests on the cruise ship . Also I think I saw somewhere that she compared herself to the Wal-Mart people blog where they make fun of different people who go to Wal-Mart. Or maybe it was she is no different than that blog, but she is a mom blog, not a make fun of innocent people blog, or I thought that is what she claimed. Doesn't she represent Wal-Mart? I bet she has even contributed to that wal-mart people site http://www.peopleofwalmart.com since she goes to Wal-Mart to do reviews.

    ReplyDelete
  171. It's not fun or fair for a "mom" blogger" to make fun of anyone, or any regular ole blogger for that mattter. What are we teaching our children? It's not right, and she should stop being labeled as a "mom" blogger because she is a disgrace to the name! And to the "big" companies that sponsor her: shame on you and your brand, I won't buy from you! It must stop and we must all come together to make it happen.

    ReplyDelete
  172. "@anon, 2 up. WRONG! That list originated on HER SITE with a linky to sign up if you were PR Friendly. Most on that post probably only visited once or twice. Well i guess if those people think she IS the victim and has done nothing wrong, when all is said and done, they dont need to care or worry about supporting an evil person.

    ReplyDelete
  173. No one said to shun or boycott ALL of those on that list above. It looks to me that the people standing against Trisha Haas from MomDot.com are just wanting to make sure the people on that list know everything that is going on. That is it. This site looks to do that. Kind of like a community bulletin board. Thats it.

Trisha wants to make it out that she is the victim to her own actions. So, everyone should know why she decided to put on her victim act.

It it not nice when people come in being rude to others who are on their own site. So please do not come in here and insult people. Moving on.

There are some people on that list who continue to act like Trisha has done nothing wrong, but I think the author of this site made a post with Trisha;s main supporters. A lot out there who have spoken up and it looks like they think she is wrong and feel she that she needs to be accountable for her actions. But that is just one opinion.

This problem I think started Friday, she has had more than 3 days to make this right and she has done nothing but create a 1 sided story to cover her tracks. And from what people have said, she has also blocked people from her site and forum. This site may not have the reach she does, but it has spread very quickly to many people and I do not think it has any intention to leave.

It is clear to that its intention is not to defame her or trash her, even though many can take it that way, but this site is a way to let people know why they should cease to support her actions and behavior, and nothing else. She has been hurting people for years and years. No one has done anything because many do not know each other and has her posse of people supporting her every whim. People have spoken out against her and I have read from some that she has even run some out of the internet by intimidation. I have noticed that many have joined together and I think that it is due to this blog, the online sweepstakes forum, twitter, and individual's own blogs. And if you look around many people have had the same type of problems with her. People from all niches' and walks have had problems with her.

Anyone who supports her ways is wrong and should not support her. She is 30 plus years old and she has continued to act like this. By that age it is hard to change if your stuck in your ways. I am not saying she cant but it will take her many years of regret and empathy to even begin to change. If people really want to help her, they would help to put a stop to her ways and really tell her she needs to stop and think about what she does. This is the reason for the jail systems.

I have used Google.com to look around and it seems like she has her hands everywhere. I do not run a blog, but I looked into it and it is a lot of work. This comment took a while so I could only imagine how much time she spends doing all that she does. Running sites, a forum, review network, contacting and spreading her links and sites and specialties to anyone and everyone. Look her up, she does get around. Hopefully she uses her time for what is truly important, and I am not talking about her blog or anything to do with the internet.

Thank you and good luck on this all.

    ReplyDelete
  174. anyone on the list above could be removed very easily if that is their intentions, they are not the victim, nor is momdot.com trashy trisha by any means. the victims are the ones that were unsuspectedly photographed and then trashed by trisha of momdot.com who by the way is a mom, who trashes teenagers and anyone else who she feels the need for trashing...how will her daughter grow up? there is not enough medication for her....

I know others have emailed momdot and asked for their blogs to be removed and she hasn't responded so I feel it's unfair to leave them up when they might not have any idea what's happened. A new list has been started in another thread and if sites need to be added or removed please post in the comments.

  178. I may get some heat for this but I find the amount of anger on here a little strange. I've seen screen shots of the article and yes as a Mom I'd be angry if it was my child or my husband ridiculed but really I find things to be angry about every day. I just read about 3 different cases of child abuse in the news, the war in Darfur (I wish someone would get as riled up about that as this Momdot business. Have you seen the pictures of the women and children in that region?) and an essay by a soldier who just returned from Afghanistan who was tortured and now has no eyes. Not saying we shouldn't get upset about smaller issues but the amount of rage I'm getting from this site seems out of scale. Maybe I haven't been online long enough and don't realize how important blogs really are.

    ReplyDelete
  179. Its pathetic how Trisha is trying to play the victim now,"Oh poor me has had a stalker for 16 months and now I am going to call the police"
What a load of BS,maybe her lemmings believe her but the rest of us are not idiots and see she is only trying to save her own a**
Please continue to contact her sponsors and pass the petition on to your friends and family.

    ReplyDelete
  180. I agree with your point Annonymous above Deb. And those are horrible what is going on with the wars and child abuse. But for MomDot's case would you like to see good brands supporting her bullying and vile behavior? Absolutely not. This is what it is about. You don't see Sam's Club sponsoring Perez Hilton for good reason. The same goes for this "Mommy Blogger's" bad behavior. It should not be monetarily rewarded. Maybe in Hollywood bad behavior is rewarded, but this is an online community of bloggers that no longer want to see her cashiing in from companies like Sam's, Purex, iRobot and spreading HATE on her blog for the sake of controversary.

    ReplyDelete
  181. I left a post last night, and I was finally able to view her site. I have to agree, it gave me a headache. If she is so concerned about her and her family's safety why didn't she take all pictures of her husband and child off her site. I was able to see the "Thong" picture, is that not considered child porn, because of what it's showing and it's a minor.

After alot of searching I found on http://crime.about.com/gi/o.htm?zi=1/XJ/Ya&zTi=1&sdn=crime&cdn=newsissues&tm=20&gps=306_400_1268_733&f=00&tt=14&bt=0&bts=0&zu=http%3A//www.missingkids.com/missingkids/servlet/PageServlet%3FLanguageCountry%3Den_US%26PageId%3D1476 click on Certain Activities Relating to material constituting or containing child pornography, in there that picture is considered child porn

  182. Have any of you read her blog lately? Boy she is sure using this for he own good. And getting good publicity from it. Does the Wall Street Journal now about any of this.. How she is the one who was cyber bullying, and as we all can see it was happening long before the airport post. This chick is good! She can work her self into the victim well huh? Makes me sick that she will profit of of this.

    ReplyDelete
  183. OK I get if the blogging community is trying to rein in one of its members that it thinks is acting unethically. Some of the comments above seem very gloating about the whole matter though. Sort of like one high school clique against the other. Maybe more posts with facts about her unethical behavior and the impact it has on the blogging community as a whole might help your cause. I have to say the posts listing her members smell a bit like a witch hunt but maybe that's the actual goal. OK I won't post anymore comments. Not sure why I got so interested in this matter.

  184. She isn't getting any publicity from it. The WSJ article has nothing to do with her. But I will be sure to get in touch with Sue Schiff to make sure she understands the kind of article she lent her name to.

It's funny how she can go on about her own reputation but doesn't care about the reputation of others by posting such mean photos.

  185. Now your trying to some in here again and make everyone in here out to be on a witch hunt. Just please stop.

There is unethical behavior. Buying traffic, using her blogger list to gain PR contacts. Selling those PR contacts, picking on people. Making posts about young children to get traffic, yet spinning it that she is doing the world a favor, by giving a moms opinion. I think she speaks for a small group. She says she speaks for all mom and that is unethical right there.

And then after all has been said, she blocks it all and hides everything. Yet she has nothing to be ashamed of. I dont think so.

  186. Read this:
    http://trishahaasneedsanosejob.blogspot.com/2009/11/momdot-post-debunked.html

Just because she said the traffic was for her other site is bull, she has lied too much to belive her. She did admit to buying the traffic which I bet she was telling the truth

    http://trishahaasneedsanosejob.blogspot.com/2009/11/post-2.html

And here is the person she bought the traffic through: http://shop.ebay.com/dearlj2/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=25

Not too ethical. There is MUCH more, just you have to look. We are not momdot and speanding all time of the day on here to cater to those who are on her side (even though they say they are not).

  187. She is her own blogger, people are sick of her using the mommy blogger title to try and get ahead. She should call herself a shock blogger and gear her site that way. Then she can do as she pleases and not affect others who do not care for her in the mommy blogosphere. If she would act like a caring mom and stop trying to pick on people for traffic, this mess would not have even came up.

Only after her acting like an ASS, did all these other facts surface and did more and more people come out telling their personal experiece with Trisha, and not everyone who knows her has a blog. Just because they are not doing as she would and have a blog and all these means of reach, does not mean she is in the right to keep on treating others like shit.

    Just my 2 cents.

Please stop trying to insult people in here. Thank you.

  188. I know some think that this is a witch hunt against all Mommy Bloggers. It is not. I will surely support those that run their blog ethically and do not support Mom Dot. Some people brought up that blog cheating was going on when picking winners and that Trisha gives her members IP addresses to block or to blacklist them from giveaways. She even made a post on her blog and shared IP addresses of a blogger that she said was cheating and emaile bribed the admin. to win and she would pay $30. http://forums.online-sweepstakes.com/showthread.php?p=8657380. She just had it out for this woman bc she tends to win a lot and made up some bribe lie.
How quickly we forget all of the things Trisha has done to discredit bloggers and ruin other people's lives like the annonymous person who said she emailed her to tell her her children were ugly and husband a P.O.S.

  189. BTW I just emailed Royal Carribean since the Airport Post was written when Trisha and Tanya were coming back from a sponsored vacation on their cruise. Please others join in on emailing Royal Carribean about supporting MomDOt.

More and more comes out everyday. What is her next post gonna be on, forgery. Let me guess there are people out there acting like her to give her a bad name.

  192. She has removed all blog posts that could otherwise incriminate her in any way and password protected the rest. I was gathering links to mass emails to my news and media contacts so that hopefully she could be shut down. If you have a screenshot of any of her bullying posts then please post them in this thread.
Also looking for the Google Earth post where she posts the location of a blogger that she hates.

  193. i checked out the online-sweepstakes and came across this don't know if this is the propper thing to do but here it is.......the date is August 7th, 2009, 12:05pm

OK, speaking of irony and hypocrites ... Trisha posted this on OLS.

    Quote:
Unprofessional? ROFL! I am a blogger, not a corporation. HA HA HA. I am not trying to be a professional, im trying to be ....a blogger.

Yall had no problems coming here to complain about a blogger amongst your kind, so we cant complain about a contest entry with our kind? Tsk, Tsk, so hypocritical!

    The irony. LOVING IT!

    Trisha.

    http://forums.online-sweepstakes.com...ha#post8440361

But on her Web site, she declares that she adheres to the "the highest professional standards." In fact, she has positioned herself as the "Ethical Blogger" and has created an "Ethical Blogger Badge" that she uses to promote herself to sponsors.

    Get this ...

    Quote:
We will provide you with an “Ethical Blogger” badge to post on your blog so PR and marketing reps recognize you as a blogger who incorporates the highest professional standards into her work. We hope you agree this is a great step in continue to position mom bloggers as an influential, ethical media community.

  194. Trisha is so the victim in all this. Why do people have to pick on her. Its not like she has said or done anyhting mean to others. She is the nicest, ethical, friendly mom blogger out there.

Everything is lies, all the screenshots and links. I think you used photoshop to edit the screenshots and those links u have are all fake, you photo-chopped those to. Its all lies and rumors.
